mspRIDE Business Policies
We do not put anyone on the reservation schedule until service fees have been paid.
All transportation requires a pre-paid reservation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, American Express and PayPal online.
We can accept online check payments thru PayPal, but only if it is far enough in advance for the funds to clear before your trip.
Refunds are only granted if your reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds may take up to 5 business days, and will be refunded online the same way it was paid. We do not issue refunds by check.
If your cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, a service credit may be given.
Once one of our vehicles have been dispatched to your location, no refunds, exchanges, credits or schedule changes can be made. There are no exceptions. For example, we are scheduled to pick you up at the airport at 6:00pm, but your flight was delayed 2 hours and we were not notified by you and your driver already went to pick you up. The drivers expect to get paid for their time and fuel every time they use their time and fuel. Thank you for respecting this policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to determine pick up times when going to the airport. This is because some customers wish to arrive early and some don’t. Airlines and flights have various check in rules. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine when they need to be there. Please allow at least 60 – 90 minutes prior to your flight just for drive time.
